SLA Audit Instances
In the SLA Audit Instances section, you can browse through all SLA audit instances across the entire system. SLA audit instances track the runtime state and history of SLA evaluations for processes and cases.
The following filters are available to narrow down the list of audit instances:
- SLA definition key — the key of the SLA definition
- App key — the key of the application
- Scope ID — the ID of the scope (e.g. process or case instance ID)
- Scope type — the type of scope (e.g.
bpmnorcmmn) - Root scope ID — the ID of the root scope
- Root scope type — the type of the root scope
- Sub scope ID — the ID of the sub scope
- Tenant ID — the tenant identifier

Clicking on an SLA audit instance opens a detail page showing all tracked information, including scope and sub scope references, timing data, and links to the related process/case instance and SLA definition.

SLA audit instances can also be viewed from a specific SLA definition's detail page via the SLA Audit instances tab. See SLA Definitions for more details.
